And it wasn't enough.
You're still losing all this weight.
He couldn't keep anything down.
never complained not once goes into hell week he's like dying during hell week he's he'd be running with the boat on your head as we do throughout the whole time and he's like vomiting he's like pooping himself the whole time and hell week
You're up against how long it is, is the really, that's the hard part of it.
It's like any, the closest thing I can think of is like, if you've ever gone for a run, just any run that is uncomfortable for you to do.
It doesn't even matter what it is.
Maybe if it's a mile, maybe it's 10 miles, whatever.
But some distance where you start to think, man, this is going to take a while.
And every second sucks.
So Hell Week is sort of that feeling and it never really goes away.
And it's so, so long and it's so physically demanding that like every second really feels like an eternity.
And then what makes it even worse is invariably you sort of lose your mind.
You start to hallucinate really badly at about like the 72 hour mark.
You start to hallucinate.
But like you're acutely aware of how bad it is and how slow it is, but you're not able to form coherent thoughts.
And so everybody's struggling and is like dying from BG.
And like he's being talked to by the medics because if you don't quit, like they really won't pull you out of training.
They will let you keep going pretty much to the brink of death if you want to keep going.
Because I mean, we're training for the big leagues, you know?
