So therefore, their listening, their engagement, it needs to take a lot of time.

So we endeavored several times in order to improve the communication behind this.

We try to minimize the journey from the initial contact until closing the episode as short as possible.

We are winning it.

A little bit of more positive encouragement about it and to reassure them.

Bleeding, yes, can be a little bit alarming for cancer, but it's not a causing factor for cancer.
