That's good to hear, Ken. But I also think the reputational damage of Arsenal's style of play probably played a part in Vinnie Jr.'s decision-making. Arteta's style of play is not a subtle tactic in their play, nor a non-negotiable of an otherwise flexible manager, where a star player just needs to tweak or add one thing to their game. I'm thinking Dembele at PSG. Instead, it's a blatantly obvious, unapologetic, sledgehammer approach that Arsenal will win games via time-wasting the opponent into concentration lapses and manhandling at set pieces.
