Yeah.
So Mr. Lickner is currently the head of the Washington office of UNICEF.
People probably know UNICEF is the arm of the U.N.
dealing with children's welfare.
And, you know, he took that role, I believe, last year.
But about 10 years ago or 12 years ago now, he was in a different role at the U.N.
population.
And prior to that, he was a diplomat at the Israeli mission to the UN, working under then-Israeli Ambassador to the UN, Ron Prosor.
So our story is actually based on a leaked cache of documents, or hacked cache of documents, I guess, from Prosor that was posted online by a website called Distributed Denial of Secrets.
It's like a successor to WikiLeaks in some ways.
They posted that a little while ago, but the emails show a period from 2014, 2015, when Prosser was helping Lichtner get a role at the UN from his position at the Israeli mission.
And then immediately after he got that role, he began leaking documents, confidential documents, confidential internal communications, and really just acting as basically...
you know a font of classified information from the un uh to israeli diplomats and that continued for the whole portion of the emails we have for about two years and since then in that intervening time uh lichner has risen through the ranks of the un such that he holds that i
office in UNICEF that I mentioned earlier.
So the article is about, it's talking a lot about what he leaked, what was happening, what was being said.
It's all based on the emails.
So it's not really making any assertions or speculating.
