You know, you had President Ford speaking in Philadelphia and doing all of these speeches at these historical sites.
And Zelizer asked the rhetorical question, what does the UFC have to do with American history?
What does an IndyCar race have to do with that?
Now, I mean, you could argue, well, it's just for fun, sure.
But there is most certainly a very heavy contrast.
I also think that we're in a moment where there's a really big disagreement about how to tell American history with President Trump having very specific ideas.
Yeah, exactly.
I was going to say it just feels hard not to think about that same battle, Tam.

And the answers are really interesting, specifically along partisan lines.
