I typically wake up like 30 minutes or an hour before Michaela just to give myself a little time to prep for the day and just have like a moment to myself.
I am very introverted, so I love being with Michaela, but sometimes I just need to wake up and like have a moment to myself.

So then I'll go downstairs and I normally wake back up and give her a second.
She'll just wake up for the day and have a moment to herself.
And I'll go make us coffee, make us breakfast.
And then Michaela, it takes her about like an hour from waking up to like being ready to like go.
be going for the day she has to do a lot of medical stuff take her medicine let that hit all of that stuff um and then now she like gets ready by herself oh really yeah well okay not like dressing like yeah i'll get her dressed yeah she does her skincare by herself by myself if i wear makeup that day just the little things um but yeah it's definitely a collaboration it's cool in the morning every morning
Yeah, boundaries are honestly something we've struggled with since the accident, especially like with me and my mom, because we kind of we went from having a mother daughter relationship to co-parenting together.
So it's something like we still struggle with.
There's times that like I step in and help Michaela with something.
