Last time this happened, when Jeremiah said, wait a minute, these people are alive, that didn't stop the SSA from marking them as dead.

So this time, he tries something different.

He decides to fact check the claims DHS made about the 2.7 million.

They can't look at all 2.7 million people, privacy concerns, and also the number is so large, but they do get permission to look at a random sample from the list.

25 people.

They check what they can.

When Jeremiah's team ran the numbers, they found that all 25 from the sample were alive.

So alive and also most of them clearly in the country legally.
