it's a high protein cereal it's not grape nuts is it that's like gravel in it it's not grape nuts no they've like invented this so it's like a chocolatey hoop cereal if you look at instagram after this it will be advertised because of the algos right yeah so it's a new cereal and it's very high protein low sugar like chocolate hoops and you know what it's not bad it's kind of nice i have it with some greek yogurt some berries and some nuts
