You know, Derek Kent's landslide victory, Joe spoke volumes.

I think it was the biggest win of a president-elect, the next president.

And for me, in a way, you know, a lot of his campaign was built on, well, integration, we'd be pushing that down the line for at least 10 years.

Is it a coincidence that he won by such a huge margin?

Is that the underlying attitude within the GAA that

people I suppose are afraid to say out loud because let's go back, 98 or whatever, 91% of those people voted for integration.

Did they think it was going to happen in such a short period of time?

Did they think the wheels would get in motion so quickly?

I don't know.

So to not bring this to Congress for me is a bit of an embarrassment on Charlotte and Tom Ryan because this is what they keep coming back to.

They're saying, we can't bring this to Congress because we know it won't pass.

But that's what Congress is for, Joe.

As you said, it's democracy.

If it doesn't pass, let those people vote in person.

Let's see who doesn't want it and let's work around that.

But to delay it before a vote even takes place at a special Congress that was supposed to take place, it's just so disappointing, Joe.

The anger and disappointment I felt last night, I'm glad we're doing this now that I've calmed a little bit.
