So Anthropic, they've confidentially filed for an IPO.
They're the makers of Claude.
How are they distinct from OpenAI and their product, ChatGPT?
They're kind of more targeting the enterprise market, aren't they?
It has had a bit of a beef with the US government, though, or the US government has had a bit of a beef with them.
Is that of any concern as it comes to list?
For these big AI companies, they have been evolving so, so, so, so fast that regulation can't keep up.
That's right.
But is regulation a big risk for this area as we realise how far its reach will be into our everyday lives and whether we're still comfortable with it?
Which it does tend to do.
But I suppose I look at the social media companies that everyone's suddenly going, oh, we must ban it for under 16-year-olds.
Oh, we don't want it to be able to do this.
So, well, why aren't they paying tax in this jurisdiction?
But that took years to get there.
