what it means so it was a Portuguese word from people they have never heard before and those words were either spoken in a happy voice or in an angry voice and those were done by drama students
that we recorded the voices from.
And that was one setup.
But we also just recently did emotional pictures as well.
So we showed them pictures of those drama students who then had facial expressions of a happy face or an angry face.
And we presented those, we call them stimuli, to the dogs on a just normal TV screen.
And then we measured what actually happens to their balance.
Okay, yeah.
So that was actually the most interesting part, obviously.
And I think for that, just to answer that question, I need to say, what is postural stability?
So what is balance?
Balance is something that your body is continuously doing.
So like if you're sitting in your car at the moment listening...
you don't think actively of keeping your balance.
You wouldn't fall off your chair.
You wouldn't stumble.
So that's a thing that your body constantly adapts.
And it's three systems that are responsible for that.
So one is the visual system.
One would be what we call proprioceptive input.
