Even for me it's like I said, you know, when I sit with someone to do a session, you know, many times I go, Okay, what am I supposed to say to them today?
You know, it's like I'm I'm trying to understand
Um, you know, I'm trying to focus on them and as soon as I let go, you know, it's as soon as I get the mind out and I just go with my gut like the intuition, then the messages become more clear and more vibrant.
So you just have to fine tune.
You know, you have to look at yourself as that little radio that is trying to you know, the l the old fashioned radio where you turn the knob until you were able to put it on the right radio station and you got
The message correctly.
It's a matter of fine tuning in between you and Spirit's world.
Uh let's go one step at a time.
Uh we all have spirit guides and you know, some people um you know, go through the you know, it's a your loved one, he's a um a guardian angel because you know, some people I as you know me, I take religion out of the work we do.
I I go into spirituality before religion.
Uh some people believe that a uh a guide is a guardian angel.
They're a little bit different.
Um when I break it down is there's us first, there's our vibration, then there's the vibration of a loved one.
The vibration of a loved one is a vibration that we can recognize because it's very much like our own.
then from there we will go into our guides.
Our guides many times are people someone that has lived into this world, has passed on, but it does not necessarily belong to you.
And that spirit has chosen or has been chosen to guide someone on their pathway.
Um there are multiple guides
And, you know, like I ha the one I have his name is Chaka and he's been with me since I was five years old.
