Um sometimes it's like when you move in you know, when you move you have you distort the image.
So I would encourage her to stand still as spirit to fully show itself or herself uh to her so that the uh the spirit will be all the will allow her to see 'em in full form.

I actually this weekend I went to North uh Carolina and I had the pleasure of meeting a young man who's only fourteen years old, who has been uh experiencing many things for many years, but did not know who to turn to, uh didn't understand what was happening to him and he was terrified.
And so by just sitting down and being and he was able to ask me questions and understanding that he wasn't alone, that they that what he was experiencing is something that others have experienced before them.
So I agree with June in the sense of find someone who is qualified, who has experience, who can teach you how to protect, how to open up doorways, um, how to understand your
Gift.
Everyone perceives a little differently.
Some of us can see, some of us can hear.
Spirit will communicate to us in the way that we can understand.
So just make sure that you know you have an open line of communication, and then I agree with June.
You need support.
You need somebody that you can call up.
Like you know, with Chuck, he can call me, can call you, can call June.
So you have somebody reliable too.

second thing too is eliminating fear.
By understanding the process, you can then understand your own ability and when you own it, then you can go.
