brain is a computer and is receiving downloads.
So for me when I do sessions with people, most of the time I will you will find me closing my eyes because I take everything out of focus and by closing my eyes I connect clearly and the pictures, the images, the sounds, the smells, everything comes through much stronger and much clearer.
one of the handicap I always feel I have is that I have to talk really quick because I'm trying to deliver all that message as fast as it comes in.
