Better better but um

Um in some ways it's gotten better.

In some ways it's gotten worse.

Interesting.

So like chefs

I mean, I'm just throwing this out there.

I feel like a lot of the y I mean, they're no longer young, but the the movement towards, you know, um better vegetables and and and connecting with a farmer and things like that, I really feel came through Alice Waters.

Um and that like st stimulated this whole but there was also

There there was people like Nakahiga Shan in uh in Kyoto and

And um Ezekiah Nagahori, the chef.

He they were old school but d using like really good vegetables.

So there was pockets of actual real chefs of the older generation who were doing it like they should.

But but the younger chefs I think they got really excited about this whole

food movement in the States and I mean and then

you started seeing it in the restaurants.

You started seeing better vegetable.

You started seeing the names of the farms and things like that.

Um, and so yeah, I mean, I don't really like to go to Tokyo, um, but I would eat in Tokyo if if if I didn't have to go there.
