And it just yeah, I and and being around food, you know, if you work in the industry like you you did, um a lot of people in the industry prefer to eat something like steak tartare is one of my favorite dishes.

You know, be and and in in Japan, uh Belgium, they had uh fine ameahikan.

I thought it was gonna be disgusting, but it's, you know, steak tartare and it was delicious.
