Attorney Jimmy Wagner had asked the judge to allow meaningful oversight by Lulu Freisdat of the vote count because she couldn't see what was happening.

And the law says you're supposed to be able to see vote after vote what's happening, see what's being tabulated.

And Judge Sweeney, to his credit, issued a court order against the efforts of the Board of Elections to say, yes, observers have to be able to be close enough to see what's happening.

Well, she documented that on Friday, the Board of Elections was violating the court order, which I believe is a felony.

And they did a number of things that you can see there in the photographs.

And then she was ushered out of the vote count by the board of elections, by security.

I'm not implying that.

I'm stating that there's so much evidence that Mamdani did not win based on the systematic vote failures and fraudulent treatment of the votes that I've documented, that others have documented.

Brian O'Shea, my husband, tried to vote to show how poor his vote was with a fake name and a fake address.

They gave him a permission slip essentially to do so.

And on the back of it, there was a blank form that could be Xeroxed any number of times to put in any number of votes.

And that's, you know, not even close to how systematic the fraud is that Lulu Freistadt uncovered here.

So can I just walk people through these very shocking images?

Well, first, this is almost funny.

This first image, you see a table about 10 feet away from this perimeter of this cage where, you know, the observers, unlike in other legitimate vote count situations, the observers in Brooklyn are not allowed to go into the cage.

They're supposed to be in the cage, but they're kept out of this like pen.
