And so we find ourselves, as you mentioned, we're 60 days past the original invasion or the original strike in Iran, right?

Which means, which puts us, the War Powers Act would require a declaration of war after 60 days of military activity.

Is that the deadline?

Is that a lower threshold than a full declaration of war?
