The idea is to create a way
in which, you know, we can continue to feed and heal people and provide medicine, which are all things that energy does.
Which are all.
And of course, we can't say those things to be like, so you gotta burn fossil fuels forever because we need medicine.
But we also can't have an interruption in that as we reduce these things.
There are
amounts of carbon that the atmosphere can automatically uh or can naturally uh uh process, however we are drastically beyond those moments.
And the other thing I want to add to that, or dra drastically beyond those levels, add those times I'm talking about are over a decade in the past.
One thing I want to add to what you said is, you know, I do say it's not
Individual responsibility, it's corporations, it's all these things.
I want to add a caveat to that, which you've brought this up in a lot of previous episodes.
Uh conservation bills, which do affect individual behavior, are massively important.
Like and individuals supporting these things, but like those affect our individual behaviors, my air conditioner, things like that that are running.
Um
Those are individual actions.
I I a lot of people took that study, and I'm just being very clear about this.
Careful about this, because a lot of people took that study that said like, oh, 70% of climate emissions are caused by six corporations.
That's the headline that I believe the Washington Post ran with and people have been repeating it for a decade saying, It's not my fault.
It's one of those six corporations' fault.
