propaganda during World War II, but I think you're talking about a drastically more deliberate misinformation campaign rather than skewing the narrative.

And what's the change?

How does that affect us differently now that they're hitting gas and oil refineries more specifically?

And that would have a multiplicative effect on prices and the industry outwards, I'm sure.
