Admittedly, I probably wasn't saying as much to him as he was saying to me, because he's just better with that kind of language.

But it also taught me that the things that are in your head, when you look at your partner, and you're like, wow, they...

really look good in their underwear or they look like they've been working out.

Say those things.

Let them know that you desire them and you're still interested.

Even though it's kind of hard to say those things, it feels weird to say them out loud for some people and I'm kind of like that, but I was always thinking them.
