I'm joined by Anna Chiriak, and I did get that right, who is the Head of Product at Sunlum Umbrella Solutions to unpack some of her recent insights from the 2026 Sunlum Benchmark Survey.

Just for those people who don't know, Anna has just shared with me that she's Polish, and so pronouncing her name is a bit like that tennis player Iga Swiatek, and it has a bit of an awkwardness about it.

But anyway, I hope I got it right.

So into the benchmark survey.

I wonder if you could sketch for us, you did a very interesting presentation at the event that Sanlam put together.

And that was a two-decade reflection on some of the trends or some of the changes.

So I want to hit the highlights.

And I guess the most important thing is let's start with normal retirement age.

So what has the insights and the research surfaced from this year's survey?

I wonder if I could tap into that.

I was reading something the other day about the retirement ages in Europe that are going up and up.

And I mean, they started to look at numbers like 70 and I know that that your CEO is very out there around, you know, are you going to retire at age 80?
