We used that PO purchase order to switch from the factory we were sampling in, which was in that kids' factory I mentioned, to one of the top manufacturers in the world, Hoa Sung Vina out of Dong Nai, Vietnam.
They produced 60 million pair a year for Adidas, Hoka, Allbirds at the time.
They take on our order, which was 9,946 pairs.
Wow.
Which is just insane, right?
We're such a small order.
So they take us on and say, yes, we'll do this expedited because otherwise, usually the timeline is about 12 months from PO to delivery.
We're going to do it in five.
And
Now this goes into funding because we don't have any money.
Still, I got no money.
We land this factory and we make sure that the payment terms overlap so that essentially our receivables will cover our payables.
