We forget that, don't we?
Like, he is your dad.
What will your key memory be of him?
And tell us about your dad's life motto because you opened your speech at the memorial with this and you kept on referring to it.
And I can't stop thinking about it after watching your incredible speech.
It is an incredible motto and I can't stop thinking about it, Roy.
And what I thought was really interesting is we are constantly surrounded by these mixed messages of what is the real definition of success?
This obsession with being happy and fulfilled.
But if you get the chance to live the life that you want to live, isn't that the greatest success?
And also interesting that that was your dad's motto because I want to then move to something that he was adamant about talking about, getting to choose the way that he wanted to die.
Tell us about that.
And it's an important conversation all of us need to have.
Tell us also about this story.
And grief is so different for everyone.
It comes in waves.
People cope with it differently.
Tell us about when all of this was going on with your family, that I think it was you and your sister walked into a supermarket and you saw it was a bottle of milk, was it, or something, and the expiry date.
And tell us what happened to you then, because I think that story was so incredibly powerful.
And for you, Roy, I want to ask how you and your family are going right now.
Because as I mentioned, grief comes in waves.
