Now, there have been a couple of leaks and we've got to be very careful because these are allegations and this is all before the courts.

In regards to there's been speculation that there may be a settlement out of court by either party, what do you think the chance is of that right now?

Because the thing with this case, all of these cases, there are literally hundreds of millions of dollars on the line.

Michael, why do you think this case is fascinating so many Australians right now?
