Experiencing propa profound personal loss and the challenges of limiting financial means, Felix refused to let that hardship determine his future, choosing instead to face every obstacle with courage, perseverance, and unwavering resolve.

And whereas his commitment and determination earned him the opportunity to train with a professional soccer academy in Cadiz, Spain, while proudly representing Austin in competition through.

Mexico, Costa Rica, Spain, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands, proving that determination can carry dreams beyond borders.

Passports fuller than mine.

Whereas his continued growth and performance have led to another significant opportunity.

That his talent, work ethic, and dedication continue to open doors on the international stage.
