But tell me what motivated you as a neuroscientist to take on perhaps one of the wiliest questions of all, and that is what is art?
It is a controversial question though, isn't it?
It's a in a sense they would argue that art is uh a celebration of human individuality and and the human uh creative spirit.
By looking for universals, you're suggesting there may be uh some common biological or neurological basis to all aesthetic experience.
