They have a lot of work to do and a lot to consider because they heard from eighty-five different witnesses over the course of this month-long trial, and they saw a lot of physical evidence and they have some questions.
We saw that on Friday asking the judge to review two bags of pill bottles and a bloody knife allegedly used in Lindsey Clancy's suicide attempt.
The jury is considering a range of verdicts.
Not guilty due to a lack of criminal responsibility would likely result in civil confinement.
First degree murder carries life in prison without the possibility of parole.
