And then you've got someone like Andrea Stella, who arguably doesn't have to worry about the team building as much because Zac Brown does that in terms of that overarching kind of umbrella role.

James Allison going there was a superstar signing but you've never felt like they've put him on a pedestal above other people at the team it's been yeah he's a huge part of what we do here Andy Cowell was similar everyone in the paddock knew how big he was but it was never here's our big superstar engine guy and I think that that speaks to that idea of we're all pushing towards the same goal and when you leave yeah you'll get the credit you deserve but we're not going to treat you like a superstar beyond anybody else here because we're all doing the same thing and that's difficult to do it's easier to do that when you're winning
I think the real measure of Wolff's ability here was that when they weren't winning through the ground effect era, it felt like the team stayed together pretty well, all things considered.
