It might be earlier, but we just have a little bit more questions and want to see a little bit more, and we like a few other guys more.
Oh, man.
DeAndre Swift originally, I thought the Bears would really be in the running back market this offseason.
But then DeAndre Swift had his best year ever as a pro.
and was probably one of the more improved players in the NFL.
I really mean that, which is so funny to say because he's been paid.
He's been drafted highly, but he really improved.
I really was giving a lot of credit to Eric Biennemi last year for really just kind of honing him in.
So this is like, just to me, I would love a flourish at running back, but that's the thing.
That's not a great running back class.
So I wish I could answer your question with a good answer.
I think the thing, too, is that the Bears' offensive line last year was very good, very healthy.
Now I've already talked about left tackle.
Just because it was good for one year and you have some decent answers for a year doesn't mean stop addressing it.
So I think on day two, if they keep addressing, like,
If they don't go left tackle in the first round, I mean, they could go left tackle, but I think with one of those second round picks or even that third round pick address the interior of the offensive line, get a guy that can play center, maybe be your longterm center.
It's a great center class.
I know they traded for Garrett Bradbury.
I'm going to be very honest.
Garrett Bradbury is kind of below average of a center.
