Like if we put the start date of the two of them, ConvertKit is far ahead on that curve than MailChimp was eight years into their business.
And I think this is the point where people go like, wow, you've made it with ConvertKit.
You should sell.
You should have sold a while ago.
Like the moment that first $100 million acquisition offer came up, you should have sold and move on to the next thing.
Something like that.
Uh, I, so we haven't had like a, uh, crisp, like here's the offer on the table, but like the private equity people show up nonstop, you know?
Um, and I just always like saying no thanks before it gets to, uh, just, just, just charge for the call.
And it'd make a little good idea.
Um, yeah.
And, uh,
Anyway, so I guess what I'm saying is I feel like I'm just getting started.
And if I want to build the scale of company that I need to or that I want to do, then I need to give compounding time to really kick in.
And so we're eight years in and like selling and being done now is just way too early.
And so it's really like if I want to build a MailChimp level company or a Stripe level company or something like that, then it's like, great.
show up for another decade and then we can start to talk about the level of commitment that you have and where the results come from.
I don't even know.
Maybe build a tiny house community.
Yeah.
And that's the thing of like, it's not this all or nothing.
