NYMEX crude oil is down 1.7%, down $1.11 at $64.30 a barrel.

Karen, we begin with new tensions in the Caribbean.
The Cuban Coast Guard has shot and killed four people on a speedboat registered in Florida.
Cuba's government says the 10 armed people on board were Cubans living in the U.S.,
who plan to enter the country and fight the government.

will do its own investigation.
