So, you know, throughout all of this, I worked freelance and I actually had worked freelance with the amazing Packet Pushers team for a few years before and jumped in full-fledged.

And why I mention all the different roles I've taken on is because we are doing audio and video and we have ads.

Even our outros and our CTAs that we have, they all require all of those different things, you know.

For sure.

Yeah, so I mean, like, the main reason I came on was for sound, but where I am and what I've been doing with the company has kind of grown already.

You know, my actual title, I suppose, is Senior Multimedia Producer-Audio Lead.

That's very long, but that's what we came up with at the time.

You know, sure, we have our main thing that we have done and what we have studied half of our life doing doesn't mean that we aren't dabbling in other things.

I'm also doing video stuff with Somerset and Somerset's doing audio stuff as well.

For sure.

So, I mean...

When I joined, we had a bunch of freelance editors that were doing things, and we didn't necessarily have one person on the team like I am now that set a standardization of what streaming regulations we need, right?

So there wasn't one person saying, everybody must use this set of plugins.

Everybody must EQ voices this specific way, and it must meet these standards.

So when we upload it to whatever streaming platform it's on, whether it's YouTube, Spotify, et cetera, it is meeting those standards.

It doesn't matter whether it's the head editor myself, it's Somerset, it's some of our freelance editors that we have that are jumping on that thing.
