Just as someone who is younger in my own career as well, and sure, I'm not necessarily in the networking technical, but I'm still in a technical role.

And I studied this and I have been in many groups where it's the same feeling of there are some really talented people in here that have worked with people that I look up to.

And I'm afraid to ask this question because I don't want to look dumb.

And the thing is, those people aren't going to think that.

They love answering questions.

That is why they do what they do.

These people are seniors in this because they love what they do.

They don't want this industry to fall apart.
