Now, did you start building this when you were still a criminal defense attorney inside of your own law firm?

Okay.

Yeah.

And so just to be clear, the reason I was going down this line of questioning, you were not like you sold it to, to, to app folio back in 2012 and then app folio sold it for 193 million in 2020.

You didn't get any bite at that Apple.

You were a hundred percent out at that point.

Yeah.

Okay, and how long, and you were working on it just basically for a year prior, coding it?

Yeah, that's right.

Okay, are you the engineering founder?

Did you hire a dev shop to do it?

How'd that work?

So going back to the beginning, it was you and a co-founder.

Did you guys just split it 50-50 at the start or were you bringing a bunch of extra money so you had more?
