You've got to understand that I personally think it comes down to like...
Some form of education, right?
Like, you've got men's mental health, and it's such a big thing, and everyone wants to have a month for men's mental health.
And don't get me wrong, men's mental health is a prevalent issue, okay?
But the issue is... Okay, you've got all these guys who are on men's mental health, and they're trying to teach people things and do this, and they're going for a kilometre run every day to raise awareness.
For what?
What are you achieving by running a fucking kilometre a day for men's mental health to go to raise money to do what?
So that company can just...
just put it through their little umbrella company and everyone could take a piece of it.
Like people don't realize is if you want to have men's mental health, you need to have people who are going to teach something that's going to help, which is you got to do shit.
Like if you've got goals, you've got aspirations, you've got all these things and you're going after them, there's no such thing as bad mental health.
I'm sure you have days where you're feeling mentally not great.
I have days where I don't feel great in the mind.
You know what I mean?
But I've got a purpose and I've got a why that's bigger than the way I feel.
So it doesn't matter.
I've got people that rely on me.
I've got things that I've got to chase.
