I think probably that year in 2017 was the first time people talked about Bitcoin at the Thanksgiving dinner table.
This year, people are going to be talking about their agents and what they have their agents doing for them.
Does that mean it's a huge today opportunity where you're seeing a ton of volume?
No.
You're seeing the beginnings of an industry where things are just starting to get figured out.
We're figuring out like what is the best harness?
What do I actually want my AI agent to do?
Do I just want it to inform me or do I also want it to act?
All of that has to be figured out and shaped and molded.
I know personally I'm spending a tremendous amount of my own personal time kind of training my agents, loading context in, getting a sense so that they have all the information so I have a chance that they'll act as me and like me out there in the world.
We're probably a little far away from seeing an agent going and buying a house for you or these kinds of use cases that I'd love to eventually see things like that be possible.
But yeah, I'd say it's a promising early stage.
And what we want to do is we want to be in the mix.
We don't want to be late.
If you'll believe it, 2017, I thought we were late to crypto.
I thought most of the crypto stuff had already been figured out.
The players that were going to win had already won.
Turned out to absolutely not be the case.
It was still like the early innings there.
And that's what's happening with agentic banking.
