What is your advice for people to deal with rejection or to deal with like people not liking them?

I think there's like also a a learning I took from your book, which is like you were going on these dates and you were you I think you called it like pre-rejecting men because you were you thought they would reject you or you thought that you were too much or whatever it is.

And so like I think there are two lessons I kind of like took from that, which is like one, don't pre-reject
