So when you list those priorities, then you look at those priorities and then you actually take from that list and you list your priorities on your
on your next day's agenda, instead of just prioritizing your list, you list your priorities.
So for example, just visualize this, however you do this, if you have a planner or a piece of paper, whatever it is, your phone the night before you look at that list of priorities and you pick one to three, all the most successful people can typically only do up to three priorities.
Cause again, these are action items that are going to move the needle in your business.
These are things that, you know, um,
creating that marketing campaign or having that training session with your team or having that coaching call or being on a coaching call, being trained, having a training set.
These are things that take time.
They're not like quick little, let's check this off the list because I took the garbage out to the curb.
That's not what we're talking about.
So these priorities take more time.
So that's why up to three is about the maximum.
So when you do...
When you have one to three items, priorities per day, if you look at your list and you say, okay, what does my day look like tomorrow?
And what on this list has to get done maybe, right?
Okay, like number one, like what has to get done tomorrow?
That clearly gets on your agenda for tomorrow.
And then if you have time, you can add two or three, one or two more things that total three priorities, right?
That's one step.
And then the next step is you then look at your time, your window of time that you quote unquote work.
Is it seven to four?
