reconnecting or becoming closer with my, my kids or my spouse or whatever, maybe date night is part of that.
And this and that, and you have all these different priorities and you schedule those priorities.
So when you do those sorts of things and you get in a routine of doing that, it becomes a lot easier to schedule more into your, into your day.
And then the other final part of that is, I said, setting boundaries.
Because if you don't have boundaries, then you end up with too much freedom.
And myself included, I used to think, I'll just go through life, you know...
spontaneously just doing things, you know, and thinking I could just have all the freedom in the world.
But what actually happens is I have a whole lot of anxiety instead of freedom because I end up rushing to get everything done at the last minute because I didn't set any boundaries.
I didn't know what the criteria was, what the timeframe was or anything.
I just...
Just willy nilly in it, just going along, just free flow and thinking I have all the freedom in the world.
And I actually had less freedom.
So what I had to understand and practice is setting boundaries because then I actually had more freedom.
And just to help you visualize this, and we'll wrap up this part here and move into why I'm saying all this.
But if you think of your property, think of a property line, your backyard,
If you and your next door neighbors don't have a fence, then you really have no idea where your property line is.
Maybe you do, maybe you don't.
There's a good chance one of the three of you don't exactly know where your property line is.
So would that be in the case, someone could accidentally go into someone else's property because they don't know where the boundary is, or they could be not fully utilizing their entire property because they don't know where the boundary is.
So they're like cautious about it.
