Like you say, in some ways you could see some signs, but what was the biggest sign to you?
I'm going to ask you some pretty direct questions here.
And as a player, former player of West Ham and so on, be as honest as you can be.
Because you mentioned, for example, with Graham Potter, the leaders like yourself were moved on.
But was that Graham Potter or was that the sort of ownership making those sorts of decisions?
Because you mentioned the training ground, for example.
And if the owners thought that was the wrong thing to do, surely they would have pushed back themselves.
So as I look at West Ham now, is Nuno the problem?
Is it the players the problem?
Or is it the very, very top?
Because we've seen in the last few games of the season and for the last few years, there have been so many protests about the ownership.
Do you think that's the thing that needs to change more than anything else?
Do you know, I'm glad you said that because I feel like from our side of things now, we hear lots of opinions about whether the stadium's good or bad, but you never really hear it from anyone that's ever played there.
And to add context to it again from my perspective,
One of the grounds in Europe which is seen to have the best atmosphere is the Parc de France.
And at the Parc de France, the fans are miles away from the field.
And as Mikel said there, sometimes a stadium and how it feels can depend on, say, ultimately what's going on on the pitch.
But the fans are always loud when something good's happening.
