Without him, why should people from Serbia be nice to these rich Croats who look down on them and regard them as peasants, you know?
And Croatians think, well, why should we be nice to the Serbs who take all our money?
So things that had been sort of discontent, shall we say, then became lethal.
although he secretly committed terrible things when he was around 48.
He actually did something impossible that nobody else has done and keep people who were never united, united and with a degree of peace and happiness that has eluded in many parts of the world ever since.
And he gave the people of the Balkans an ability to keep good about themselves.
Because if you were Czech, you were under Soviet rule.
If you were Yugoslav, you know, Tito was our guy.
And the Yugoslavs, they did have a sense of pride in their country.
They loved him.
Vyrok Tito is the Tito who actually helped liberate Yugoslavia himself.
I mean, that's the absolute key thing.
So he was the national hero to all Yugoslavs.
Because he actually had free credit.
