I think, you know, there's lots of firms that are now beginning to connect, you know, buyers with sellers, right?

It used to just be a significant ultra high net worth owner.

And then maybe when there's a transition, if there's a family event.

Now what's happening, right?

And this in PE, you see this a lot where there's secondary transactions where maybe there isn't a control change, but you're seeking liquidity and you want, you know, 10, 20% of the

Right.

So these evergreen structures, it's almost like a hearkening back to infrastructure.

Right.

When you've got this 20 year asset, such a long duration asset because it's not the cash flows today.

It might be the enterprise value in the future.

It's this structure that, you know, doesn't have a forced exit in 10 years on the dot.

You can actually do it along the way via multiple, you know, whether it's secondary transactions or primary down the road.

So that's happening.

And I think the democratization happens.

Right.

Of, you know, sports going from the ultra high net worth to the wealthy right now to high net worth is happening.

And I think that's going to create more liquidity events and ways to access it that haven't existed previously.
