It was six for six on kicks that I saw yesterday, Cairo.
They've got to sort that out because you can't have –
You can't have a long snapper that you don't believe is going to be on the money every single time.
They've got two players on the roster right now, Bo Gardner, the Patrick Manley Award winner, and Luke Elkin, and neither one of them have played the game, regular season game in the NFL.
So if it isn't a worthy competition...
early in training camp or if one of those guys doesn't clearly show they're the guy, you'd imagine at some point they go out on the street and get a guy that's played in the NFL before and has experience because you've got to be on point with the snaps.
And that's a low-key competition for training camp.
It's not left tackle.
It doesn't capture your attention like, hey, what's going on on the other side of Jalen Johnson?
But they've been blessed with some veterans that have done it and done it well for a long time.
I don't know why they didn't bring Scott Daly back, the local product.
Maybe a little bit high from time to time with some of his snaps, but certainly a player they had comfort with and –
Now Richard Hightower's got to truly believe in a player with no previous NFL experience or at least consider another option down the line here.
