And that's why, you know, Ben Jansen said they don't start considering anything in terms of roster spots or
Job battles or anything of that nature until they see these guys with the pads on.
And he added that special teams is a big component of that decision-making process for them.
And that's also something that's difficult to evaluate without full pads on.
and really even some preseason games, in my opinion anyway, for special teams performances.
So you've got an idea of where guys will sit heading into camp.

variety from Dennis Allen in terms of pressures and the flexibility that he's going to have now on the back end with the two safeties that both move real well.
Jaquan Brisker, for what he was, a box safety, did a solid job for the Bears.
He was a decent player.

is a more dynamic athlete with enhanced range.
And so when he shows the coaches that he can handle his assignments and he's on the ball, you would think they've got added flexibility for Dennis Allen and kind of some of the stuff that he wants to do because they may need to get a little exotic to dial up pressures this year to try to ramp up the pass rush.
