You're gonna get uh the authors that are very organized, they're very good at what they do.

They are very conscious of things like deadlines and your time and getting stuff to you as quickly as possible.

You know, so you might ask somebody, can we have an article on A, B, or C?

And then you may be needing this article for a month's time or two months' time, and within three days, boom, you've got it and you can start working on it.

And then at the opposite end of the spectrum,

Spectrum, you're gonna have people just because of the way that their lives are, or just because the way that they do things, they're more of what would be you ha they have to be prompted and it's a lot more last minute.

And then you've got all flavors in between.
