So ideal sweet spot to buy a company is $5 million on the low end.
Call it $20 to $30 on the high end.
So that's our sweet spot.
No, I talk to them before.
Not right before, like maybe a month before.
Because then the rest is, you know, they're still going through legal and all that kind of stuff.
It takes at least six months to buy a company.
So for the first five months, I don't really talk to them.
And then month five, I usually talk to them on six.
We tend to do the transaction.
If it's small, like let's say it was like five million dollars.
I may just talk to them kind of after.
It's perspective, right?
I look at us as a really tiny company.
I don't think we do that well.
