And that's good.
And he's pitched 157 innings, which is also good.
But you look at the numbers, and he's just not been as consistent as he would like.
And I think it comes down to a number of things.
It's learning how to navigate through 30-plus starts during the course of the year.
He's made 29, and I guess he'll probably have, what, two or three more to get to hopefully 32 by the end.
Then it's, okay, now what have you learned that you can take to improve?
Because this stuff is top shelf.
You know, the fastball will get up to 99 or 100.
He throws a knuckle curve ball probably as hard as most.
It'll get up to 88, 89 miles an hour, which is very, very rare in the game today.
And he throws a cutter and a changeup.
And I think it's learning how to use his pitches properly, getting better at two-strike execution, being more consistent and focused in terms of the little things in the course of a game.

It might be, you know, in the in the fourth or fifth inning after he's had three perfect innings.
