Well, absolutely, I thought I did, but I think just the opposite in terms of being equitable.

I think it's far more equitable that a larger property, a 9,400 square foot property, a large residential, would pay more because they are contributing more

to the situation as opposed to a smaller 2,100 square foot property.

That's why, the larger residential property is simply consuming more, costs more, and presumably the people in it can afford

to offset whatever deleterious effects they're having on the environment because of their development.

But I had one question, and this is staff.

In the report, it says the town is required to pursue compliance measures which may include remediation of the town's cost.

So how does the town recover the cost in an event like that?

I don't think you have that answer.

This would be directed at either the town manager or the, or Renee, I guess, or, yeah.

First thing is apparently the town is responsible for the cost of the remediation.

The town has to take care of the remediation, which obviously comes at some cost.

So then how is that cost recovered from the property?
