That kind of maintenance cost and then enforcement and upkeep on now these mobile app meters, which are less than the coin meters, of course, resurfacing lots.

I mean, do we have any clue as to what our parking in the end actually costs us and how we...

But if we look at everything all in long-term, including maintenance and everything, would it be safe to say that we're not exactly revenue neutral?

So in the report, which refers to several traffic surveys that we've done over a period of time, and this has been an ongoing conversation over a period of time,

Are we confident that those surveys, given, say, the loss of now the lot behind the Times-Merritt building and several years ago the lot that was the old jail, the county jail site, and the fact that the Virginia, even though it's not in the downtown, the Virginia Village lot is no longer available, and certainly it was used for a certain amount of parking, plus the reduction of required parking for certain types of development, are we confident

Even with all of that, and we know we have access to the Pennington lot, that the downtown is still adequately, even though the perception may not be there, is adequately served for parking in most situations.

And I know there's been discussion, myself included, for the idea of another structured parking lot.

And the issue has been raised involving a parcel over near Market Station.

If we wanted to avoid that and the expense of that, how can we then aggressively put out the message that we do have parking here and here it is?

Admittedly, some of it is a block or two or three away, but it is available.

So is there some way, and maybe it's just obviously to be continued, can we put this idea of new infrastructure to rest to a certain extent, although we do know we're going to do some improvements at the Liberty Lot?

and more aggressively advertise, so to speak, or get out a more aggressive message.

Here's the parking, have at it, and it's still a pretty reasonable rate for as long as we think we can afford to do that.

That's more of a rhetorical question, I guess, as opposed to you coming up with an answer right now.

But maybe that's in the end what we need.

And then finally, do we have a feeling that the golf cart concept is

working well and it's actually servicing residents.
